Our preferred candidates

- We prefer candidates with more than 2 - 4 years experience as this role is a stepping stone towards a more senior role although training is available for the right person
- Honest and reliable personal qualities
- At the minimum for our junior roles, close to completing air conditioning apprenticeship or recently completed
- Able to work autonomously and a part of a team
- High level of attention to safety and quality
