Reservations Agent - Rydges Gold Coast Airport

We are looking for a friendly, skilled, and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join our team. You will be responsible for managing accommodation reservations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking experience while supporting the hotel's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accommodation reservations via phone, email, and online channels

Respond to guest enquiries and process bookings accurately

Modify and cancel reservations as required

Upsell room types, packages, and hotel services

Ensure reservation details are entered correctly into the property management system

Work closely with Front Office, Sales, and Revenue teams to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction

Handle group bookings and special requests

About You

Previous experience in reservations, front office, or customer service preferred

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask

Confident using hotel reservation systems (RMS experience is an advantage)

Positive, proactive, and guest-focused

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays as required
