While previous fertility experience is highly regarded, it is not essential, we are looking for someone with strong communication skills, empathy, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for women’s health and patient care.
About the Role
As a Fertility Nurse Coordinator,
you will play a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey and coordinating treatment cycles alongside our multidisciplinary clinical team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating patient treatment cycles and ongoing care
- Providing patient education and support throughout treatment
- Conducting medication teaching and treatment instruction
- Liaising with doctors, embryologists, and other clinical staff
- Delivering results and treatment updates via phone and in person
- Pathology collection and clinical administration
- Cycle monitoring and data entry
- Assisting with fertility ultrasounds (training provided where required)
- Supporting patients with compassion and professionalism during what can be an emotional journey
This is a full-time position based in Hurstville and Liverpool.
A current driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as aRegistered Nurse (RN)
- Recent clinical nursing experience
- Fertility or women’s health experience highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A caring, empathetic, and patient-centred approach
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
