Currently recruiting a Technical Business Analyst to work on HR projects in the insurance space, this role requires someone with Financial Services experience working on SAP HRIS systems.

Responsibilities:

- Capture business requirements, create future business processes in collaboration with the business stakeholders, facilitate workshops, assist with solution options and assess solution impacts and cross program dependencies.
- Assist with Change Management scoping and training
- Be the conduit between Tech teams and the business to help with clarifying questions to ensure what is delivered is to stakeholder expectation
- Ensure documentation is up to date on Confluence, JIRA and Visio.

Your Skills:

- Senior Business Analyst who sits in technology projects in HRIS projects, ideally successfactors, fieldglass etc.
- 5 + years Business Analyst experience working with SAP HR projects.
- Experience with configuration, excel, and if you have AI Chatbot experience would be a plus
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
- This is not a functional BA role.
