Are you an experienced, motivatedandpassionate Diploma Qualified Educator. You will receive ongoing support from an experienced management team including an onsite Centre Manager/Nominated Supervisor and Assistant Centre Manager, and Educational Leader.
We are participating in the Worker Retention Payment Grant!If successful you will receive an additional payment on top of your above award pay rate.
The successful applicantfor thisrolewill:
- Take pride in the presentation of the centre
- Possess a genuine desire and commitment for working with children
- MUST hold a Diploma in Children's Services
- Be willing to work as part of a team to provide high quality care for children
- Express a genuine passion or interest in the Reggio Emilia philosophy
- Demonstrate excellent communication, organisation and time management skills
- Show a clear understanding of the the NQF (National Quality Framework), EYLF (Early Years Learning Framework) and if applicable QKLG (Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines)
