Location & Roster: This is a site-based role at Kosciuszko National Park, operating on a 14/7 FIFO roster.
Role
The Site Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator supports the effective coordination of logistics, warehousing, and material movements across the Snowy 2.0 Project. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate logistics records, coordinating deliveries and transport activities, tracking materials and inventory, and providing administrative support to ensure project operations are supplied safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate deliveries, freight bookings, dispatches, and transport schedules.
- Maintain accurate inventory, material tracking, and logistics records.
- Process goods receipts, delivery dockets, packing lists, and transfer documents.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight providers, warehouse personnel, and project teams.
- Monitor and report on critical deliveries and material movements.
- Maintain logistics documentation and document control systems.
- Support warehouse stock management and material traceability.
- Coordinate site access requirements for deliveries and contractors.
- Provide general administrative support to the Logistics & Warehouse team.
- Ensure compliance with project HSEQ and quality requirements.

Skills & Experience
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or project administration.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and material tracking processes.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in logistics, warehouse, supply chain, or project administration.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, mining, energy, or industrial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of inventory management and material tracking processes.

Qualifications
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related discipline or 2 +Years of experience in similar position

Project Information
Snowy 2.0 is a major expansion of the iconic Snowy Mountains Hydroelectric Scheme. When completed, it will deliver 2,000 megawatts of on-demand renewable energy and approximately 350,000 megawatt-hours of large-scale energy storage to the Australian National Electricity Market. Voith is the selected subcontractor for this work, and the Preservation Manager role is directly tied to this landmark project.
