About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll work across every aspect of the Club, developing campaigns and experiences that engage members, attract new customers and support the success of every department.

Depending on your experience,



the role may include responsibility for strategic planning, campaign development and budget management, while remaining hands‑on in delivering high-quality marketing initiatives across the Club.

No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities

Depending on your experience and the final scope of the role, responsibilities may include:

Protecting and strengthening the Club Yeronga brand.

Developing and implementing overall marketing strategy including annual marketing calendar and departmental plans.

Planning and delivering promotions, entertainment, activations and member events in line with the annual marketing calendar.

Producing and managing marketing channels across website, social media, email marketing and print.

Coordination and management of external suppliers, including but not limited to, advertising, creative, media, sponsorships and community partnerships.

Analysing digital channels, campaign performance and competitor mix to identify new opportunities and areas of improvement.

Working collaboratively with operational managers to drive patronage, membership and revenue.

About You

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with commercial thinking and enjoys working in a fast‑paced environment where every day is different.





You may already be leading marketing within hospitality, clubs or another customer-focused industry, or you may be ready to step into a broader role with greater responsibility.

Most importantly, you'll bring:

Creativity and a strong eye for design and presentation.

Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Highly Regarded

Experience and/or tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or events.

Hospitality, clubs, tourism or entertainment industry experience.

Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.

Social media management and paid digital advertising.

Email marketing and CRM platforms.

Photography, videography or content creation.

Google Analytics or campaign reporting experience.
