Belmo Group is seeking a full time Guest Service Agent at the Royal Albert Hotel in Brisbane. You will be the face of the front desk, delivering first-class service from arrival to departure, handling enquiries, and maintaining smooth front desk operations in a busy, guest-facing environment.
You will work with Housekeeping and Maintenance in a strata-titled, mixed-use setting on a rotating roster, bringing warmth and professionalism to every stay. Prior hotel front desk experience is a plus.
