Program Manager – Operational Systems and Control Systems Programs

Contract to 31/07/2027| Brisbane CBD | Hybrid Working

We are partnering with a leading Queensland Government statutory authority to recruit an experienced Change Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the planning, governance and delivery of a large-scale Operational Technology (OT) Modernisation Programs across multiple operational sites.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the successful delivery of a multi-year OT modernisation program across multiple operational sites.
- Establish and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, governance and reporting frameworks.
- Ensure delivery of program objectives within approved scope, schedule, budget and quality parameters.
- Manage program interdependencies, critical path activities and delivery risks.
- Drive a culture of accountability, safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Lead the development and implementation of standardised OT, solutions and deployment approaches across all participating sites.




- Ensure consistency in technology, design patterns, engineering practices and operational support models.

What we’re looking for?

- Significant experience managing large, complex programs in critical infrastructure, utilities, industrial operations or similar highly regulated environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar technology, infrastructure or OT transformation programs.
- Experience leading projects across multiple operational locations and stakeholder groups.
- Solid understanding of Operational Technology environments including industrial control systems, SCADA, PLC, RTU, communications and supporting infrastructure.
- Proven ability to manage complex vendor ecosystems and commercial arrangements.
- Extensive experience in program governance, financial management, risk management and executive reporting.
