About The Role
- Developing your purchasing knowledge by using ERP and reporting systems to monitor stock levels,
generate reorder reports and analyse inventory data.
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders to local and international suppliers.
- Liaising with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery schedules and expected arrival dates.
- Providing updates to the sales team on purchase orders while maintaining accurate information within the warehouse management system.
- Completing purchasing administration including invoices, freight documentation and free trade agreements.
- Assisting with procurement analysis, supplier performance reporting and stock forecasting projects as you continue developing your analytical skills.
About You
