The Big Picture
We’ve built the world’s most advanced automated precast production system and now we're expanding our operation into a purpose-built, automated 3,500m2 factory at Jilliby.

Our throughput will 6x over this exciting and challenging transition and we're seeking an experienced, conscientious Project Manager to join the team ahead of this exciting chapter.

Project Manager – Precast
(Direct report to the CEO)

What You’ll Actually Do

Review and verify takeoffs from our internal Estimator

Maintain and develop client relationships including walkthrough factory tours.

Manage multiple projects from tender through delivery, simultaneously.

Provide feedback on internal, AI-driven software / robotic automation and in time, collaborate in the design of future systems.

Be the go-to authority for delivery of Mason's precast projects as we scale from a small to a mid-sized supplier.

Must-Have Experience

5+ years Project Management in precast manufacturing or related construction.

Proven track record of managing multiple projects to a high standard, simultaneously.

Proficient in modern construction methodologies and related technology.

Location & Logistics

Based between Wyong (current site) and the recent Jilliby facility (~15 min drive).

Travel to sites within approx 3 hour service radius of our factory.
