We are seeking a highly motivated individual who is a quick learner, communicates confidently and professionally and has a friendly and engaging personality and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

As a Customer Service/Administrator, you will:

- Have a confident and professional phone manner and inter-personal skills
- Have a passion for administration work
- Be willing to learn and assist other staff where required
- Be Adaptable, a quick thinker, able to prioritise tasks and work autonomously.
- Be presentable, organized and attentive to details.

The Role:

This is a fast paced, demanding role which includes;

- Personal assistant to management staff
- Answering and redirecting of telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner




- General housekeeping duties including Daily collection of mail
- Invoicing/Despatching of cash sales and processing of payments.
- Stationery Ordering/Stocktaking
- Assisting with Accounts Payable/Receivable - entering/processing invoices, credits etc.
- General Reception tasks including filing and archiving of documents
- Process customer payments
- Assist with end of month invoices
- Involvement with the administration and control of all Compliance documents.
- Other duties may be assigned

On the job training will be provided for motivated reliable applicants.
