About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Dental Receptionist to join our professional and caring team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a quick-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities





- Welcoming patients and creating a positive first impression
- Managing appointment bookings and coordinating the daily schedule
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Processing payments and handling accounts
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice

About You

- Previous dental reception experience preferred (training available for the right candidate)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Professional presentation and manner
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
