We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our awesome team at our 4.5-star, contemporary Fusion restaurant, located in the vibrant West Village precinct, West End, Brisbane.

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be one of two leaders working closely with the General Manager to ensure seamless operations and outstanding service.



This is a hands‑on role that offers an opportunity to shine.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee either restaurant/bar operations
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities, including opening and closing procedures and end‑of‑day reporting.
- Monitor and maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring guest satisfaction across all areas.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience
- A La Carte experience is a must with a strong emphasis on service
- Knowledge of cocktails, wines, recipes, and keg room operations.
- Hands‑on and proactive approach with attention to detail and an ability to thrive in high‑pressure situations.
