ParagonCare is seeking a clinically focused and commercially driven Product Specialist to support the growth of the innovative BodyVision AI Lung Navigation platform across Australia, while also providing clinical applications support for our Digital Radiography portfolio.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced radiographer or medical imaging professional who enjoys combining clinical expertise, education, relationship management, and technology-driven sales support in a highly specialised environment.

About the Role

As the Product Specialist, you will work closely with Interventional Pulmonologists, Thoracic Surgeons, Account Managers, and clinical teams to support the successful adoption of the BodyVision AI Lung Navigation Tool.

You will play a hands-on role in:

- Live case support and procedural guidance
- Product demonstrations and pre-procedure planning
- Clinical education and masterclass training
- Driving awareness and adoption within the interventional pulmonology market
- Supporting the wider Digital Radiography applications team when required

This is a customer-facing role requiring solid communication skills, technical confidence, and the ability to build trusted clinical relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and drive sales opportunities across the BodyVision portfolio
- Coordinate and deliver live demonstrations, installations, and clinical training sessions
- Provide in-procedure technical and applications support during lung biopsy cases




- Deliver education programs and masterclass workshops for clinicians and customers
- Partner with Account Managers to identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical stakeholders
- Attend conferences, workshops, and industry events to expand market awareness
- Provide backup clinical applications support across the Digital Radiography portfolio
- Assist customers with workflow optimisation, setup, calibration, and ongoing support

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging, Applied Science, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in medical imaging, medical devices, or clinical applications
- Strong understanding of radiology workflows and clinical environments
- Excellent presentation, education, and stakeholder engagement skills
- A passion for innovative healthcare technology and customer outcomes
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage travel and territory priorities
- Experience supporting interventional procedures or advanced imaging solutions will be highly regarded
