About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for Business Services Manager who wants to work closely with clients whilst overseeing a supportive and high-performing team.



This position offers a Manager or Senior Manager the chance to fully run a fee base of $1.1mil with 3 direct reports. The opportunity has come about due to the current manager returning overseas after 13years with the practice.

Key duties will include but not be limited to:

- Continuing a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and operations
- Communicating directly with clients and further building trusted relationships
- Managing the workflow and of the team including training and accuracy
- Using MYOB, Class Super and Xero in day-to-day client work
- Working closely with the Managing Partner on aspects of strategy, training and practice performance

About You

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience in a similar role you'll have/be:

- At least 6 years’ experience in Business Services or public practice accounting
- Experience in autonomously managing a fee base
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and processes
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A motivated, ambitious and team-oriented approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
