Join a busy corporate team on a short-term contract and make an immediate impact. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to assist with a document review project over the coming weeks. Starting immediately, you will be responsible for reviewing and updating a high volume of templates to ensure they are accurate, consistent and professionally presented.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and update approximately 250 document templates
- Proofread content for spelling, grammar and formatting errors
- Ensure consistency across documentation and templates
- Maintain document control and version management
- Support the wider team with general administrative tasks as required
About You
- Previous administration, document control or coordination experience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong written communication and proofreading skills
- Advanced Microsoft Word & Sharepoint skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Available to commence immediately
