Forsight Australia is seeking casual Active Support Workers to support adults with disabilities across multiple homes in Western Sydney. You will assist with daily living, promote independence, and support community participation for clients in a versatile, rostered casual role.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III/IV in Disability, have 6 months+ relevant experience, strong communication, and a genuine passion for empowering clients.
