Porsche Centre Sydney South is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to oversee the maintenance, safety, compliance, and operational efficiency of our Porsche dealership in Alexandria, NSW. This is a unique opportunity to combine facilities management, workplace health and safety, and project coordination in one of Australia's leading luxury automotive retailers.

About the Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities are safe, compliant, well-maintained, and aligned with Porsche's premium brand standards in Alexandria.

This is a hands-on and varied role that combines facilities management, contractor coordination, workplace safety, and project support. You will be helping to maintain premium showroom, workshop, and office environments while ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.

The role also provides opportunities to contribute to site improvement projects, refurbishment works, employee onboarding,



and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the overall workplace experience. No two days are the same, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, solving problems, and delivering practical outcomes across multiple locations.

This is a part-time position, 12-month fixed term opportunity offering flexibility while requiring occasional adjustment of hours to coordinate contractors and site works.

About You

- Experience in Facilities Management, WHS, or a similar coordination role
- Understanding of WHS legislation and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple sites
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
- Certificate IV or Diploma in Facilities Management or similar
- Trade qualification or relevant facilities/building maintenance experience
- Experience managing contractors, service providers and maintenance programs
