The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join a leading steel fabrication company specialising in medium and heavy-metal-designed steel projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and oversee manufacturing operations, ensuring high-quality outputs for steel structures and pipelines
- Plan and schedule manufacturing project operations
- Oversee and develop quality assurance systems and monitor performance
- Understanding of ISO9001 requirements
- Manage technical requirements in the manufacturing operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external key stakeholders and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and projects to improve production efficiency, workflow, and safety in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment
- Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure all products adhere to industry and client standards





About You:

- Proven minimum of 1 year of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality products on time.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Possess a Bachelor of Engineering or higher in mechanical engineering or a related field.
