An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing studio delivering a diverse portfolio of projects across multiple sectors. This role is ideal for a technically strong Revit Documenter who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality documentation.
You’ll be working alongside a talented design team, contributing across all stages from design development through to construction, with the chance to see projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to projects from design development through to construction documentation and delivery
- Produce accurate, coordinated, and detailed drawing packages in Revit
- Work closely with project leaders and the broader design team to ensure design intent is carried through documentation
- Coordinate with external consultants, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve technical details and ensure smooth project delivery
- Assist in maintaining and improving documentation standards, systems, and workflows
- Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced workplace
Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years’ qualified experience within an architectural or design studio
- Advanced proficiency in Revit,with AutoCAD as a secondary skill
- Strong documentation and detailing ability, with a solid understanding of construction methodologies
- Demonstrated experience producing full documentation packages across relevant project stages
- Exposure to workplace, commercial, or retail projects highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for design, architecture, and the built environment
