About the Role

This role is ideal for a Site Supervisor who takes pride in executing complex, design-driven town homes and understands that luxury is defined by details, coordination, and finish quality. You will be responsible for managing the full construction process on site. The role will have you across 8 townhouses in Northern suburbs of Brisbane initially. Ideally would will have some renovation experience.

Your day to day:

- Manage all on-site construction activities on the project
- Coordinate and supervise high-end trades and specialist subcontractors
- Maintain exceptional quality control across all stages of the build
- Proactively manage timelines, sequencing, and problem-solving on site




- Liaise closely with project managers, architects, designers, and consultants
- Oversee inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations and safety standards

Skills & Experience required:

- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder's Licence (essential)
- Demonstrated experience supervising high-end or architectural residential builds
- Strong understanding of detailed construction, premium materials, and custom finishes
- Ability to interpret complex architectural and construction documentation
- High level of attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Strong leadership, communication, and trade management skills
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to site management
