You Previous experience (ideally 2-3 years) in Boning,
Slicing or Slaughtering duties required Relevant qualification (Cert III Meat Processing) is essential
Proven high level of knife sharpening skills Knowledge and understanding of Quality Requirements Ability to work within a team environment with the ability to take direction
Good communication skills Demonstrated integrity and good presentation A professional work attitude
Ability to work in a fast paced environment Superior attendance High Focus and attention to detail
