The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the operations of our busy bistro and lead our team to continued success. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a strong customer focus, proven staff management skills, and the ability to create and maintain a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all front of house operations within the bistro

Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver consistent, high-quality service

Oversee rostering, shift management, and staff performance





Ensure seamless communication and collaboration with the kitchen and wider club team

Uphold compliance with workplace health and safety, licensing, and club policies

Drive a professional, customer-focused, and team-oriented culture

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar hospitality management role

Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills

A proven ability to manage and motivate teams in a busy environment

Flexibility to work nights and weekends as required

A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for customer service excellence
