DOGMAN & RIGGERS REQUIRED - BRISBANE & GOLD COAST

Lindores Personnel are a leading Labour Hire and Traffic Management company in Queensland who specialises within the Building & Construction Industry, providing labour solutions for major builders.

We are seeking multiple Experienced Dogman & Riggers for casual positions in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, Queensland.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on various construction sites, building and assisting with Crane crews on an EBA Construction sites. All positions have the potential to be ongoing for the right candidates.

All of our employment opportunities are casual but can lead to permanent placements for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dogging and Rigging operations for crane lifts (Tower and Mobile)
- Directing crane movements using correct signals and communication
- Securing and moving loads safely on site
- Ensuring all lifts are carried out in accordance with site safety requirements & legislation
- Working closely with site supervisors and other trades
- Use of knowledge and experience to deliver lifting and rigging of loads
- Working together with high-performing crane operation team





Successful Candidates MUST have the following:

- Relevant High Risk Work Licence (DG, RB, RI, RA or CN/CV/CO as applicable)
- Minimum 2 years’ proven Dogman and/or Rigging experience
- Previous experience on construction or civil sites
- Strong knowledge of lift plans, load calculations, and secure work procedures
- Strong understanding of safe lifting practices
- Reliable, punctual, and safety focused
- Have a focus on maintaining a safe work environment
- Right to work in Australia
- Availability to start IMMEDIATELY
- Can do attitude with ability to work in a team environment
- Additional license's such as Forklift, Hoist, EWP and TC are desirable but not a must
