We are seeking talented and experienced Cocktail Bartender to join our vibrant team at Stitch Bar in Sydney CBD. This is a casual role, offering flexible hours in a fast-paced and exciting hospitality environment. Based in the heart of Sydney, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
What you'll be doing
- Expertly crafting a wide range of classic and signature cocktails
- Providing attentive and friendly table service to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests
- Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area
- Assisting with inventory management and stock control
- Adhering to all health, safety and licensing requirements
- Contributing to a positive team culture and collaborating with colleagues
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar bartender role in a high-volume hospitality setting
- Exceptional cocktail making skills and extensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs and mixology techniques
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a warm, friendly and efficient service
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
- Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to be part of a energetic and vibrant team
