That wouldn’t be possible without a reliable, self-motivated Maintenance Team working quietly and efficiently behind the curtain.

We’re currently searching for a trustworthy, responsible, and hands-on Maintenance Officer to join our Team.

Your role involves liaising closely with different departments to carry out maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel property and residential apartments. To succeed, you will be capable of working independently and producing a high-quality finish for all repairs.

In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for emergency breakdowns and completing preventative maintenance while ensuring repairs are completed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently perform general repairs and upkeep across the hotel
- Follow preventative maintenance schedules with precision and care
- Respond quickly to issues with purpose and action, take initiative, and follow through until resolved
- Keep work areas clean, protected, and professional at all times
- Embody an ownership mindset,by upholding our 5-star standards, whether you’re fixing a tap or replacing a light

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You

- Have a calm and professional approach, always maintaining grace under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills




- Are comfortable working autonomously, but still thrive as part of a bigger team
- Have experience in general maintenance (painting, electrical, carpentry, etc.), or the willingness to learn
- Take initiative and want to grow with the department
- Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while taking pride in the detail
- Enthusiastic and curious, with a strong desire to work in a luxury 5-star hotel environment

Experience is helpful, but not everything. If you’re a responsible individual who’s good with tools and wants to learn more, we’ll provide training and support to build your skills.
