About the role
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Banking, reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with debtor management and customer account enquiries
- Processing supplier invoices and payments
- General data entry and filing
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries
- Assisting with customer service and administrative support
- Maintaining office records and documentation
- Supporting the wider team with general administration as required
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an accounts and administration position
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable and receivable processes
- Experience using accounting software. Added advantage if you know your way around Oracle NetSuite
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage priorities, and collaborate effectively with colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
