About the role:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and promoting their premium mattresses to customers. You'll engage with shoppers, provide personalized recommendations, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. This position requires the ability to sell high-priced items, a willingness to learn about our products and outstanding interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

- Approach customers in a friendly and proactive manner, demonstrating genuine interest in their needs and preferences.
- Educate customers about our mattresses, including features, benefits, and customization options.
- Guide customers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to final purchase, ensuring their satisfaction every step of the way.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, sales techniques,



and industry trends through training sessions and ongoing learning opportunities.

Skills and Experience Required:

- Previous sales experience is preferred, especially in retail or related industries.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers, listening attentively to their concerns and providing helpful solutions.
- Comfortable with approaching customers and initiating conversations in a retail setting.
- Personable and engaging demeanour, with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to assist others.
- Reliable and punctual, flexible to work 20 to 25 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
