This is a key role that combines procurement, material coordination and onsite quality checks. You will work closely with our Director, Construction Manager, Trades and supplier to make sure the correct materials are ordered, delivered on time and installed according to plans and specifications of our Tiny Homes.

Key Responsibilites:

- Source and purchase building materials, fixtures and fittings
- Schedule material deliveries to align with the construction calendar
- Check deliveries against purchase orders and report any discrepancies
- Maintain supplier relationships and manage stock levels
- Actively checking our Tiny Home builds to ensure correct materials are used
- Identify and resolve material issues before they affect the build process

About You:

- Experience in residential construction or the building industry.




- Strong knowledge of building materials and construction materials.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident communicating with supplier, trades and internal staff
- Ability to read build plans and specifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (word, excel etc) and construction software (Jack App - an advantage)
