Your Role - The Opportunity

We’re looking for a motivated Home Loan Associate to join our team and play an important role in supporting our Lending Specialists throughout each stage of the client’s home loan journey.

You’ll help keep applications moving by coordinating documentation, managing key administrative tasks and ensuring our clients remain informed and supported from initial enquiry through to settlement.

This role is central to the exceptional service we provide. Your communication skills, organisation, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will help create a positive and lasting impression with every client.

This is a full-time, office-based role at our Sunshine Coast headquarters in Maroochydore. You’ll join a supportive, high-performing team where you’ll receive the guidance and hands-on experience needed to build your skills and grow your career in home lending.

Key Responsibilities

- Support our Lending Specialists throughout the loan process, from initial enquiry through to settlement.
- Work closely with clients to collect required documentation and keep applications progressing efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors,



conveyancers, referral partners and internal stakeholders to ensure all conditions and requirements are met.
- Keep clients informed, supported and confident throughout their home loan journey.
- Monitor key milestones, follow up outstanding items and proactively help resolve any issues or delays.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure all files meet internal and compliance requirements.
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients, lenders and referral partners over time.
- Provide reliable administrative and day-to-day support to the Lending Specialist team.

The Successful Candidate

- You have experience working in a customer-focused environment, ideally within mortgage broking, lending and banking, insurance, legal support or a related industry.
- You can demonstrate a robust track record of delivering exceptional service to both clients and colleagues.
- You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performing team and have the ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organised, accurate and dependable.
- You also have a high level of computer literacy, with experience using client relationship management systems and other business software.
- You’re confident learning new systems and using technology to work efficiently and maintain accurate records.

Remuneration

On offer with this full-time position isa competitive industry base salary, plus a commission structure designed to reward you on your individual and team performance.
