ABOUT THE POSITIONS
Illaroo Cooperative Aboriginal Corporation is seeking a Clinical Manager (Fixed Term).
The Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing the delivery of care to Residential Village clients at Rose Mumbler Village, ensuring care is delivered in a high quality, safe and effective manner.
ABOUT YOU
- Aboriginal preferred, but not essential
- Bachelor of Nursing with current registration with APHRA as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 5 years' experience working in a Leadership position in the Aged Care industry
- Strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement with a sound working knowledge of the Aged Care Quality standards
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience working in accordance with financial budgets
- Excellent organisation, communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Self-driven with a passion to always put residents first
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates a capacity to effectively lead and motivate others.
- Proficiency in delegating tasks, assigning responsibilities, and empowering others.
- Exhibits strong conflict resolution skills.
- Upholds high ethical standards and integrity in decision-making and behaviour.
- As part of the recruitment and selection process, you will be required to provide a National Criminal History Check.
