Specialising in housing projects, including student accommodation and mixed-use developments, this emerging team is offering an exciting prospect to be part of a forward-thinking and collaborative workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Key leadership role on large projectsensuring the efficient management of budget and programme
- Lead the delivery of large-scale multi-residential projects
- Provide technical input and expertise across various stages of design
- Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure project success
- Maintain design integrity and intent through all phases of the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Overseehigh-quality design and documentation (Revit)
- Participate in BIM collaboration with guidance from senior team members
- Support site activities as required

Skills and Experience

- Relevantqualifications in Architecture or related discipline
- Full Australian working rights (essential)
- Experience leading high residential projects through all stages
- Experience leading teams and consultants essential
- Outstanding organisation and communication skills
- Revit and AutoCAD is advantageous
- Demonstrated experience in Australian architectural practices, particularly in multi-residential and Class 2 buildings
- Interest or experience in modular construction is highly regarded
- Ability to work across all stages of a project from concept to completionSolid technical skills in documentation and project delivery
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach
