Belle Property Escapes Snowy Mountains is a premium holiday accommodation agency within the region’s leading real estate business, Belle Property Snowy Mountains. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our team as an Escapes Junior Property Manager. The position is full-time and is based in our Thredbo and Jindabyne offices.

Core Responsibilities & Duties

Respond to guest enquiries via phone and email ina timely,professionaland helpful manner.

Provide guests withaccurateproperty details, check-in/outinformationand local insights.

Assistwith any in-stay concerns or requests, ensuring efficient and empathetic resolution.

Conduct pre-arrival property inspections to confirm cleanliness,presentationand readiness.

Take note of any maintenance issues, property damage or missing items and report accordingly.

Build andmaintainstrong relationships with property owners, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention

Support managers with guidingnew owners through the onboarding process, including pricing,complianceand service expectations





Support managers withprovidingregular performance reports and advice to help owners optimise their property’s success

Maintain a checklist of standard inclusions per property and verify compliance during inspectionsie: signage for pool, BBQ, firerequirements etc.

Communicate issues clearly and promptly to theHoliday Managersusing internal reporting tools or systems.

Provide recommendations for improvements to enhance guest satisfaction or operational efficiency.

Track recurring property issues andassistin developing long-term solutions.

Key requirements:

- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of starting with the business)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced, seasonal setting
