About the Role

Based at Slacks Creek, this is an exciting opportunity to become an integral member of a well-established and growing national business.

Working with a consistent flow of quality inbound enquiries, you'll be responsible for understanding customer requirements, providing product advice, quotations and guiding clients through to a successful outcome.

You'll utilise Microsoft Dynamics to efficiently manage enquiries, send quotations and maintain customer relationships through a streamlined and highly automated sales process.

With approximately 120-130 enquiries received each month, you'll enjoy plenty of variety while becoming a trusted product specialist within the commercial refrigeration industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound telephone,



email and showroom enquiries
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Follow up quotations and convert opportunities into sales
- Build long‑term relationships with new and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Develop strong product knowledge across the refrigeration range
- Contribute to the continued growth of the business

About You

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Ideally you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience in Internal Sales, Customer Service or Account Management
- Robust relationship‑building and communication skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence preparing quotations and following opportunities through to completion
- Strong computer skills and experience using CRM or ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be highly regarded
- Self‑motivated with a positive, proactive approach
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences

Highly Regarded

- Experience within commercial refrigeration, catering equipment or hospitality supply
- Exposure to refrigeration display cabinets or food service equipment
