About the role
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating Posi Track (skid steer) and Excavators between 5T - 20T across a range of civil and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Safe and efficient operations of Posi Track and Excavators (5T-20T)
- Bulk earthworks, trenching, and site preparation
- Final trim and detailed excavation work (highly regarded)
- Daily pre-starts and routine maintenance checks on machinery
- Working alongside site supervisors and crew to meet project deadlines
- Adhering to WHS and company safety procedures at all times
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience operating Posi Track & Excavators (5T-20T)
- Final trim experience (highly regarded)
- Relevant tickets/licences (e.g. VOC, RI, White Card)
- Ability to read plans and work to levels (highly regarded)
- Solid work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
