The Role
Bring your passion for Maths education to our thriving school community. We are seeking a qualified classroom teacher to join our Maths Department, with full-time permanent and fixed-term opportunities commencing 1 January 2027 at our Wheelers Hill Campus.
Key Duties
- Deliver learning programs that demonstrate a research-based knowledge of how students learn, including integrating formative practice and providing continuous feedback
- Prepare instructional activities that facilitate engaging and appropriate learning opportunities for all
- Provide a safe and supportive classroom culture
- Contribute to our visible wellbeing program to enable students to thrive and belong
- Model and live the Caulfield Grammar School values and behaviours.
Skills And Experience
- Proven experience teaching VCE Specialist Mathematics
- Genuine enthusiasm for teaching and commitment to students’ academic and personal growth
- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Committed to on-going career development, keeping up-to-date with current trends in Mathematics and maintaining a proactive attitude.
- Holds a Teaching Qualification with specialised qualifications in Mathematics and current VIT Registration.
