Tailored Homes is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect / Interior Designer to join our growing team of luxury residential specialists. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional who is passionate about creating exceptional custom homes, with equal emphasis on architecture, interior design, and delivering an outstanding client experience.
Requirements:
- Degree-qualified Architect or Interior Designer (Architect registration highly regarded).
- Extensive experience in high-end residential architecture and interior design.
- Highly experienced in all aspects of luxury residential design, including:
- Interior design and FF&E; selection
- Space planning and design development
- Material, finishes and colour selection
- DA, CDC and approval documentation
- Building regulations and Australian Standards
- Construction methods, detailing and buildability
- Contract administration and site coordination
- Strong knowledge of the NSW planning system and residential building industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage projects from concept design through to construction completion.
