Manage and release basic orders, and track daily for monthly reporting
- Work with Demand Planning to assess OOS's, and manage Retailer communication
- Manage & release all newness orders that come in via EDI
- Access SAP to track orders placed and shipped to assist Key Account Manager to adjust monthly sales forecast accordingly Liaise regularly with Order Management and Warehouse to manage orders
- Ensure changes from brand marketing calendar and shipping plans are updated and consistent across all spreadsheets, advise relevant parties when changes are made
- Work with marketing teams, retailers and warehouse on changes to delivery dates/quantities for new/promotional products. Ensure action/communication to all involved/affected by changes
- Manage & updated Existing & Recent & Closed Doors tracker
- In conjunction with Brand Marketing, review product availability and update Basic Stock Order Form and distribute to Stores, and Field Teams Nationally
- Distribute monthly Demonstration report from Finance to the ACEs for review.
- Maintain sales spreadsheets with updated information during fiscal year
- Each month monitor SOH reports to identify significant over and under stocks.
- Run BI reporting to populate sales spreadsheets
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings i.e.: retailer meetings, international visitors and brand meetings.
- Assist with reporting documents
- Provide assistance in administration tasks when requested
- Co⁃ordinate Travel, Accommodation and Car /Venue Hire as required
INTERNAL
- Co⁃ordinate relevant information and participate in executing Conferences and International visitors pertaining to Sales
- Co⁃ordinate sales figures and prepare power point presentations show⁃casing sales performance and strategies required by Commercial Sales and Brand Management
- First point of contact for Genpact Sales enquiries
- Build relationships and maintain constant contact with key retailer's stock management teams in relation to order planning/processing and any stock related issues/opportunities.
- Discuss and resolve all necessary issues with the retailer's stock management teams and elevate where necessary.
- Analyze fulfilment rate and Identify issues/opportunities for action with Brand Marketing, Supply Chain or retailers' systems/processes.
- With Commercial Manager and Brand Marketing teams and, work with retailers to issue central return authorizations for excess stocks, discontinued and slowest selling lines
- prepares initial review for Sales Planning and/or Commercial Manager.
- Work with Corporate CRM team to cascade CRM and monitoring sales KPI's.
- Be the "point of contact" for field teams and POS for major stock ordering/supply problems, and administration support.
- Assist in the preparation of Business Plans & Commission templates & distribute to the field team
- Raise No Charges for Field & Counter Sales collateral as required
- Organize updates & re prints of Field & Counter Sales collateral and GWP tracking
- Any other assignment as instructed by the Company.
Qualifications
- University Bachelor's Degree or above in business related disciplines
- A minimum of 2 years' proven retail sales planning experience in large multinational corporations or matrix organization
- Strong business acumen with cost⁃conscious, result⁃driven and customer⁃oriented mindset
- Attention to details, work under pressure and manage tight schedule
- Well⁃organized with ability to prioritize, able to multi⁃tasking
- Good command in computer skills including Excel, Word
