About the Role

BLC Queensland is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Labourer to join our dynamic team across Logan and Ipswich. This is an opportunity to work across a variety of commercial construction and landscaping projects.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our site teams and contributing to the successful delivery of projects within our growing landscaping business.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist skilled tradespeople with a range of construction and landscaping activities

- Undertake manual labour tasks including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials

- Prepare, maintain, and clean work sites to ensure a secure and organised environment

- Operate basic tools and equipment safely and efficiently

- Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures

- Hold a valid Construction Induction (White Card) before commencing employment





- Work collaboratively with the wider team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification

About You

- Previous experience as a Construction Labourer or in a similar role within construction or landscaping

- Minimum of 1+ years experience in construction or landscaping roles

- Physically capable of performing manual labour tasks with care and attention to detail

- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

- A clear commitment to workplace health and safety

- Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a positive team-focused attitude

- Must have Australian work rights and authorisation to work in Australia
