PremiAir Fuels are looking for an on-site ERP Support Analyst to be the go-to person for our team's day-to-day use of Office Companion — the ERP platform that runs our fuel distribution operations. If you enjoy solving problems, helping people, and getting to the bottom of how a system works, this role is for you.

About the role

Based in our Rocklea QLD office, you'll be the first point of contact for staff when something isn't working or they're unsure how to do something in our Companion Cloud ERP software. You'll manage support tickets from end to end — understanding the issue, investigating the cause, resolving what you can, and escalating to the software vendor when needed. It's a varied, hands-on role at the intersection of business operations and technology.

What you'll be doing

- Act as the first point of contact for staff ERP requests supporting daily operations.
- Log, manage and resolve support tickets raised by staff members using Office Companion.
- Investigate issues to identify the root cause — determining whether it's a training gap, a process issue, a data problem, or a genuine software bug.
- Resolve issues directly where possible, and provide clear guidance or training to staff to prevent them recurring.
- Liaise with Companion Software's support team to elevate and track software bugs or issues that require vendor involvement, following them through to resolution.
- Document common issues,



fixes and how-to guides to build a knowledge base for the team.
- Identify recurring problems or training needs and proactively suggest improvements.

What we're looking for

- Strong problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the patience and empathy to support staff of varying technical confidence.
- Experience providing application, software or systems support (helpdesk, ERP, or business systems support experience is highly regarded).
- Ability to distinguish between a training issue and a software fault, and to know when to escape.
- A customer-service mindset — you take ownership of issues and see them through.
- Comfortable working with data and business processes; an interest in how operational systems fit together.

Nice to have

- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Office Companion / Companion Cloud, or similar operational software.
- Exposure to the fuel, logistics, transport or distribution industries.
- Experience managing tickets through a helpdesk or ticketing system.
- IT exposure beneficial, however this is not an IT focused role.
