National Workforce is currently seeking multiple reliable and enthusiastic Process Workers to join our team on assignment with a well-known client located in Marsden Park. These roles are offered through National Workforce as part of our labour-hire service, with successful candidates working in office at our client's facility. Our client is a world-renowned chocolate manufacturer; they pride themselves on their unmatched quality and cleanliness standards. At their factory in Marsden Park, they are producing and packaging chocolate products. Due to recent changes within their business, they are seeking additional Process Workers to join their diverse team and support with day-to-day operations.

The Role…





- Manually packing chocolate products into bags and boxes, ensuring everything is sealed correctly.
- Labelling packaging accurately with required information.
- Working on automatic production lines, overseeing the flow of chocolate products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Stacking a variety of products onto promotional display towers.
- Carefully ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations as well as food hygiene standards.
- Utilising proper PPE such as hair nets and coats.

To be successful in this role, you must:

- Have a minimum of 6 months experience in a relevant Process Worker position.
- Have a sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
- Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Be comfortable lifting up to 10kg.
- Be comfortable completing repetitive tasks for long periods of time.
