Due to continued growth and increased production demands, we are seeking a Laminating Technician Assistant to join our team at our Luscombe, Queensland facility.

This is a hands‑on role supporting our production team in the manufacture, lamination, and finishing of composite parts and panels, as well as assisting with a variety of other manufacturing processes. The position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within a specialised and growing industry.





Experience in boat building, composite laminating, fibreglass manufacturing, or handling epoxy resin products would be advantageous; however, it is not essential. We are committed to providing comprehensive training and support to the successful candidate.

As the role involves working with composite materials and chemicals, a robust focus on workplace health and safety is essential. The successful applicant will be expected to follow established safety procedures and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.

This position is available for an immediate start across multiple shifts and would suit a motivated individual who enjoys practical, hands‑on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
