About the Role
As a Batcher/Yardman, you will play a key role in the safe and efficient operation of our concrete plant and yard. You will be responsible for batching concrete, operating equipment, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operate batching plant systems in line with production schedules and quality requirements
Conduct daily pre‑start inspections on plant and vehicles
Load and unload trucks safely in accordance with site procedures
Manage raw materials and stockpiles to maintain product quality
Perform general yard duties including housekeeping and basic maintenance
Assist with trade and site support tasks as required
Maintain a clean, safe and organised work environment
