Key Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end project ownership safely, on time, and within budget.
- Manage contract administration, tendering, and trade procurement.
- Drive financial performance through strict budgeting and cost forecasting.
- Lead and mentor Site Managers, Foremen, and Contract Administrators.
- Foster robust relationships with clients, architects, and government stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent trade background.
- Proven experience delivering commercial, civil, or residential projects locally.
- Current White Card and valid Driver's Licence.
- Exceptional financial acumen and contract administration skills.
- Highly Regarded: Existing AGSVA Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, or NV2).
