The Site Supervisor is responsible for the correct, timely and profitable execution of the project.

The Site Supervisor is responsible for the Crane and Rigging crew onsite, and monthly shutdowns. Previous Supervisor experience, ideally in a mining context with lift plan knowledge is essential. This role is a Monday to Friday role based in Orange. Potential for relocation is on offer for the right candidate.

This position will have commercial responsibility for successful in office operations, drive continuous process improvements, and hold overall responsibility for site performance and Health & Safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Conductingdailypre-startsandweeklytoolbox withallthecrew,communicatinganysafety alerts,safety campaigns as and when they arise.





- Overseeingsite-basedresourceincludingemployeesandsubcontractors.

- Establishingandreviewingprojectmanningplansandrotationschedulestoensureemployeesreceive adequate rest and roster periods without compromising project staffing levels.

- Managingemployeeperformanceandpersonnelissuessuchasabsence,appraisal,payetc.

RelevantExperience

- Minimum5-10years’experienceas aSiteManager within a Crane / Rigging environment is ideal.

- SolidknowledgeandexperienceinworkingincompliancewithOH&SLegislation.;

- Extensiveexperienceleadingprojects, previous exposure to Mining would be highly desirable.

- Extensiveexperienceinmanagementofcontract,safety,cost,timeandquality.
