SKILLED LEADING HAND / JUNIOR SUPERVISORS

THE COMPANY
We are a qualified and well respected Sydney home builder, building quality homes with a very strong pipeline of work. Projects range from $2.5 - $25m+. We require an experienced Skilled Leading Hand / Junior Supervisor to join our dynamic forward-thinking company. The successful applicant will assist in coordinating all trades on site and ensure that all company policies including safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to by all personnel onsite.Specifically this role will start with a large new estate project in the Campbelltown region. This will be a role where you'll work directly under senior site staff with the vision to progress into a senior management role.

THE JOB
Responsible for managing some projects running concurrently. You will be responsible for ensuring the projects run on time and within budget. Salary dependent on experience with great potential for growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED





Experience in low & medium density residential projects from ground to completion

Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship with our long term and quality trades

Must be pro-active and demonstrate a solid understanding of WHS, creating a safe work environment

Planning and organisation skills with an ability to multitask.

Communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving skills.

Minimum 3yrs experience supervising or as a leading hand

Highly desirable to be hands on and skilled on the tools

Must be able to work under senior site staff with the vision to progress into a senior supervisory role.
