APG Workforce are currently seeking a Customer Service Officer for an exciting opportunity with Canberra Memorial Parks, supporting the delivery of high-quality, community-focused services.

This is a unique role suited to someone who is empathetic, resilient, and customer-focused, as you will be supporting individuals during sensitive and emotional times.

About the Role

- Act as the first point of contact for customers and visitors
- Coordinate end-to-end sales processes, including bookings, quotes, and invoices
- Prepare and distribute daily burial information to field teams
- Maintain cemetery databases and records
- Handle public monies, including receipting, balancing, and banking
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration

About You





- Proven experience in customer service within complex or sensitive environments
- Robust ability to handle enquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Experience in sales coordination and administrative processes
- High attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, multitask, and work in a team environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

Desirable

- Experience in a cemetery, healthcare, or similar environment
- Valid Class C Driver’s Licence (or equivalent)

Compliance Requirements

- Police Check (must be completed prior to commencement)
- WWVP (if required)
