We are currently seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a fast-paced, multi-client 3PL environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a high-volume operation overseeing one of the business s key contracts.
The Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day warehouse operations across a busy contract, ensuring service levels, productivity, and team performance are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse operations within a multi-client 3PL environment
- Lead, motivate and develop a team to achieve performance targets
- Ensure efficient inbound, outbound and inventory processes
- Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to meet client expectations
About You:
- Proven experience in a 3PL warehouse supervisory role
- Strong background working across multi-contract / multi-client sites
- Experience managing high-volume, rapid-paced operations
- Confident leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisation and problem-solving abilities
