Conexson is seeking a proactive Client Support Officer to support our NDIS Account Director across Queensland and Recent South Wales. This is a phone-based in office role focusing on maintaining client relationships, identifying staffing needs, and supporting the rostering team during busy periods.
You will regularly check in with clients, act as the primary contact, and help with business development and attending industry events, with occasional travel.
